What size should my book be and what type of paper should I use?

Book sizes range in various sizes. They can be 5.5x8.5, 6x9, 7x10, 8.5x11 this is the outside measurement or trim size of the book. Paper stock for the text can be 50lb, 60lb white offset or 55lb natural. Cover stock is typically 10 point coated on one side and a polyvinyl coating applied to protect the cover. Samples of books illustrating these specifications can be supplied for your review.
